1. Booking

1.1. For Clinical Psychologist, Discovery Calls & Psychological Assessment Sessions

• Once you make the payment, stay on the page, do not refresh.

• You will be redirected within 10-15 seconds to book your slot.

• After selecting a slot, you will receive your invoice and Google Meet link via email.

• If the payment is successful but the slot is not booked, text us at +91 8107845322 for assistance.

1.2. For Counseling and Mentoring Sessions

• You must book your slot first, then proceed with payment.

• You will receive an invoice immediately after payment.

• A Google Meet link will be shared within a few hours of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

2.1. No Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations:

  • Therapy & counseling sessions (except for double payments, accidental bookings, or technical issues).

  • Any training, workshop, or mentoring program once booked.

  • Dissatisfaction with therapy outcomes.

3. Rescheduling

3.1. Rescheduling Procedure

• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance by texting +91 8107845322.

• A rescheduling link will be provided.

3.2. Rescheduling Limit

• Rescheduling is free, but a session can be rescheduled only twice.

• More than two reschedules for the same session will not be allowed.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted, and the session fee is forfeited.

4. No-Show Policy

4.1. Late Arrival & No-Show

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, you will be marked as a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited.

4.2. Therapist Rescheduling

• If the therapist must reschedule due to an emergency, you may either:

  • Reschedule at no additional cost, or

  • Receive a full refund.
