This session offers a 45-minute pro bono Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session for individuals in need. Each client will receive only 3-4 sessions, and therefore, we will not be working with complex traumas in this format.
⚠ Note: Pro bono slots are limited and non-transferable. If you do not show up for your session, your slot will be given to someone else in need.
How to Prepare:
Bring Water – Staying hydrated is key to the energy flow during EFT.
Sit Comfortably – Choose a quiet, distraction-free spot where you can focus.
Camera On – A stable internet connection with your camera on ensures personalized guidance.
This session is your opportunity to experience how EFT can help you feel lighter, calmer, and more in tune with your emotions. Looking forward to working with you! 💜
